Our Head Chef has over 30 year’s wealth of experience with Indian & Nepalese cuisine, having worked on the international stage in the Middle East, Asia & Europe. Working in some of the most internationally renowned hotels on the Middle Eastern and Asian circuit in Dubai, Kuwait and New Delhi to but name a few cities. Now basing himself in the UK, our Head Chef has dazzled the Bawarchi Clientele with his very own unique and creative cooking style which has put Bawarchi on the map as one of London’s fastest and upcoming eateries, with our client base from as close as the residents of W3 to as far out as Surrey, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, Having created his very own signature dishes, the mouth watering Bawarchi Special Potatoes, Chefs Special Masala and Bawarchi King Prawn Special to name a few in his time at Bawarchi. Other inceptions include Ginger Chicken.
